Push Up Games ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Primordial Capital. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Push Up Games mobile application ("the App").

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name and authentication credentials (via Firebase Authentication). This is necessary to identify you within challenges and display your name to opponents.

Health & Fitness Data

With your permission, the App reads and writes workout data through Apple Health (iOS) and Health Connect (Android). This data is used solely to track your exercise activity within the App and is not shared with third parties.

Camera Data

The App uses your device camera to detect and count exercises (e.g., push-ups) using on-device machine learning. Camera images are processed entirely on your device and are never transmitted to our servers or any third party.

Usage & Analytics Data

We collect anonymized usage data to improve the App experience, including screen views, feature usage, and app performance metrics.

3. Consent Management

We use Usercentrics to manage your consent preferences. You can adjust your consent settings at any time within the App. Analytics and tracking services are only activated after you provide explicit consent.

Your data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud) servers located in the EU (eur3). We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS) and Firebase security rules to protect your data.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Your information is shared only in the following cases:

Challenge opponents: Your display name and exercise scores are visible to other participants in your challenges.
Service providers: The third-party services listed above process data on our behalf as described.

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Withdraw consent at any time
Export your data in a portable format
